How many documents/publications can I upload?¶
You can upload up to 1500 documents by default. If required, this limit can be raised. Please contact our support team to request an adjustment of this limit.
How many pages can my documents have?¶
Uploaded documents can have up to 1500 pages of content. If required, this limit can be raised. Please contact our support team to request an adjustment of this limit.
Native iOS and Android Apps¶
Is RocketX native or just a web wrapper?¶
RocketX Apps are real, native Apps, running natively on each supported platform (iOS and Android) in order to provide the best performance and user experience possible.
If you would like to distribute your content in the web and allow your customers to consume content using a web browser (Chrome or Safari), see Web App for more information.
Do RocketX apps require an internet connection?¶
RocketX apps support running both online and offline. We recommend making sure that an internet connection is available to make sure that the latest content is available.
Content can be stored for offline viewing on the device.
Error: "This app is no longer available or has not been configured correctly."¶
This message appears if the app can not find a suitable configuration.
Check if you have an active RocketX Web or RocketX Pro plan. For more information see Choosing a RocketX Plan.
